After being in Malaysia for a few days we noticed the great amount of Indian food that there was! This pas particularly noticeable in Penang with its little India and in Thani Rata with a street filled with Indian food sellers – it was great! This led us to discover our new favourite breakfast snack – Thosai! It’s a pancake which is very thin and crispy on the outside which is usually served with three different types of curry which range in spice. It is absolutely delicious! Not too heavy but still filling we found it to be the prefect breakfast before a long day of hiking or walking the busy city streets. They normally cost between 3 – 6rm and take seconds to prepare, and if you want something a little more substantial they come with a variety of fillings as well. They seriously are a mighty breakfast food!
